Whats Expected Of You
- Consistent, punctual attendance; know that lateness and absence puts extra strain on your colleagues.
- Perform your cleaning duties; clean to a consistent high standard using the ExpertMaid system.
- Always act in good faith, adhere to safety and security training - report any breaches to a Director.
- Always be cheerful, a tough one I know, but its important that you bring your smile with you every day.
- Always be polite and respectful, respect clients privacy at all times.
- Head Maids always drive, you must be confident on all roads, motorways as well as country lanes.
