Our Cleaning Services
Our home cleaning services cover every type of home or property, from a terraced to a converted barn and everything in between. All cleaned to ExpertMaid standard, with our customary guaranteed cleaning satisfaction and a stress free service.
We can clean every room in the house, or just those that you designate. You're in control, you can rota rooms or add jobs as you need them e.g. internal windows - monthly.
All you need to remember is we have a minimum clean time of 2 hours per visit. You can provide us with a list of priortities and we'll complete as much as possible in the time available. Simple.
Home Cleaning Visits
You can have a domestic service booked on a regular basis which suits you, just remember we are very busy so your clean day will be booked around when our team(s) are in your area. You can book your cleans as follows;
- Weekly (Once a week)
- Weekly-Multi (2+ times a week)
- Fortnightly
- Four Weekly

Our Clean Teams
We operate in teams of two people, a supervisor or Head Maid and an assistant cleaner. Your Head Maid will ensure your requirements are met for each clean.
Clean Types
Our cleaning system, ExpertMaid, allows us to allocate periods of time per room, such that we can predict fairly accurately how much time we need for certain jobs. We clean rooms using 3 basic methods;
- Quick
- Thorough
- Spring
There are some exceptions, bathrooms (ensuites too) and kitchens are always allocated as "thorough" for standard cleans, giving us 40-50 mins to clean those rooms. In bathrooms for example, we will scrub & polish tiles in the 'shower area', polish taps, cubicle doors, glass and mirrors to a gleaming shine. Hard floors will be vacuumed and mopped as a matter of course.
Rooms where we "quick" clean are living & dining rooms, bedrooms, hall, stairs and landings which involve 'cobweb patrols' with ostrich feather dusters, dusting of horizontal surfaces, wiping down of doors and vacuuming* of carpets and fabric furniture where possible. If you have hard floors, they'll be mopped after vacuuming them too.
*small easily moved items can be moved for vacuuming, heavier furniture will be by special arrangement.
Spring cleans involves damp wiping all woodwork, doors etc, we'll move large items of furniture (within reason) to vacuum behind and under etc. This is more a bespoke service and we can discuss how much you want us to do or book 5 hours and we'll do all we can in order of priority, whatever suits you.
